Cancel subscription

To cancel, please login in to the dashboard on VideoInsights.ai and navigate to the 'Billing' section.
In the billing section you will find the option to downgrade to the free tier, cancelling your subscription.

Before you go would highly appreciate feedback on why you are canceling your subscription.
This helps us to improve our service and better understand our customers.


Please note that you will still have access to the paid features until the end of the billing cycle.
